I come to work directly with your dog, for 30min, 2x a week. 8 sessions + 2 recap lessons (10, 30-min meetings in total) to ensure progress can be maintained and built at home. Includes email recap to guide at-home practice as well as pictures and videos of my sessions with the dog.

I am a registered American Kennel Club training partner and administer exams for various AKC titles. CGC and CGCA are prerequisites to all therapy and service dog work.

All testing also includes paperwork required for registry of results. 

Dogs stay in my home so space is limited. I provide 24 hour care with a minimum of 3 structured training sessions a day, with at least two of those being filmed/photographed for you to see what your pup is working on and the progress they are making. Puppies, due to the nature of their shorter attention span and more frequent potty needs, receive many more sessions in a day simply because they are handled more throughout the day and can't focus as long on a lesson. All the time between structured training sessions is maintenance training. Maintenance training is important because the dog learns something from every interaction, making all those interactions in between structured training sessions important learning opportunities as well. For example: If I'm working with a dog on not jumping up, then after the session, when I take them out to go potty, I'm going to continue to reinforce staying on the ground and do things to help them be successful at that, rather than suddenly let them jump all over me and reward them for it. A lot of hard work can be undone very quickly by rewarding something of which we've been training the opposite.
